Q & A

What is the recruiting process? Describe the timeline and steps.
How to Apply:   Find a position at our online Career Center, apply and attach your resume.

Interview Process:  After you apply for a position, you may be asked to complete an online aptitude assessment. The assessment will be sent to you via an email. After completion of the assessment, you may be contacted by our human resources department to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview you may be asked to sign documents to authorize your approval of us proceeding with background and credit checks.

The next step is the in-person interview. The in-person interview will be conducted by the human resources manager and the hiring manager. The top 2 - 3 applicants are usually narrowed down by the managers and contacted to schedule a second in-person interview. After the second in-person interviews are complete, the hiring manager will select the person who is the best fit for the position. The Human Resources Manager will contact the selected applicant with a job offer.

The total timeline is usually 2-3 weeks.
